3. Micro USB

Mini USBBefore the Micro USB came into action, Mini USB type connector was used by almost every mobile phone. It is quite smaller in size as compared to the Micro USB cables. This gave birth to the Micro USB type cable, but Mini USB cables are still in use in some of the cameras which don’t have a standard connector.

They have higher power and data transfer rate as compared to the previous types of USB cables. The USB Cable Type-C is adopted for the latest mobile phones and laptops. However, they provide best data transfer and charging speed, but this would not be possible in case when the connected device’s components aren’t compatible with the USB cable Type-C.
